If you requested a password reset but have not received the recovery email, it is usually due to spam filters, a typo in the email address, or an account registration method.
Please perform the following quick checks to resolve the issue:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder: Verify that the recovery email was not accidentally redirected there by your email provider.
- Whitelist our sender address: Make sure that emails from
alert@jobrapidoalert.com (or our system domains) are not blocked, and try adding us to your safe sender list. - Verify the email address: Double-check that you entered the exact email address you used when you registered your Jobrapido account (with no typos).
- Check your registration method: If you originally signed up using a social media account (such as Google or Facebook), you may not have a traditional password set up. Try logging in using the social sign-in button instead.
