How to troubleshoot missing or delayed Job Alert emails
If you have subscribed to our Job Alert service but are not receiving your daily emails, the issue is usually related either to your email inbox settings or to highly specific search criteria.
To resolve this and restore your service, please perform the following checks:
1. Check your email inbox settings

Check your Spam or Junk folder: Sometimes emails are accidentally redirected there by your email provider.

Whitelist our email address: Ensure that
alert@jobrapidoalert.com is not marked as spam. We highly recommend saving this address directly to your safe sender list or email contacts.
2. Optimize your search criteria
If your search criteria are too narrow or specific, our search engine might not find any new job offers matching your profile on certain days, resulting in no alert being sent.

Broaden your criteria: Try expanding your geographical search area (e.g., searching for a region or province instead of a small town).

Use synonyms: Change your keywords or try using alternative job titles (e.g., "sales assistant" instead of a specific role).
